Free Encinitas Wellness Expo Brings Local Experts Together November 7 |
Families can explore health, fitness and nutrition resources at the Community & Senior Center from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. |

Want to find out what local health and fitness services are available without scheduling five separate visits? Encinitas is putting some of them under one roof.
The Wellness for Every Body Healthy Living Expo is free and open to all ages on Saturday, November 7, from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. It takes place at the Encinitas Community & Senior Center, 1140 Oakcrest Park Drive.
One Morning, Many Ways to Feel Better
The Encinitas Chamber of Commerce is presenting the expo with the City of Encinitas. Organizers describe a mix of healthcare providers, fitness professionals, nutrition experts and wellness practitioners.
Visitors can browse, ask questions and learn what's available nearby. You don't have to be shopping for a gym membership to go.
More Than Fitness Equipment and Food Advice
Organizers also highlight mental well-being, preventive care, active living and classes for adults and children.
Refreshments and opportunity drawings are planned. Family activities are also part of the event, though the Chamber hasn't posted a detailed timetable of demonstrations.
A Local Partnership Behind the Expo
The city and the Chamber are bringing local businesses and residents together at a public venue. That makes it an easy place to compare services without committing to anything on the spot.
Foot Solutions and JBits Connects are listed as event sponsors on the Chamber calendar.
